WEBINAR: The C-Suite on the Frontlines During the COVID-19 Crisis

June 24, 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

“The C-Suite on the Frontlines During the COVID-19 Crisis”
-What we did (and didn’t) do.
-What we’re doing now.
-What we’re doing next…

Program approved for 1.0 Hour of ACHE Qualified Education Credits

The COVID-19 pandemic spread across the entire world with lightening speed, stealthily bringing frightening illness and the specter of death while scientists and clinicians struggled to understand the coronavirus and to learn the twists and turns of the disease course, and collaborated trying to find the best ways to treat the patients in their care.

Healthcare organizations activated disaster plans, contended with critical shortages of PPE and ventilators, and stood up surge ICU bed capacity and created COVID recovery centers.

Hear from an outstanding panel of local Massachusetts hospital CEO’s about how they managed and what they learned while leading their organizations through the demanding “Phase 1” of the COVID-19 crisis — and what they are doing to forge the way ahead and to meet the ongoing challenges of the global pandemic.

ACHE of Massachusetts is proud to co-host this program with ACHE Rhode Island and the Connecticut Association of Healthcare Executives.

Learning Objectives:
1. Recap lessons learned from the initial surge of COVID.
2. Prepare for recovery and new normal in the hospitals.
3. How to plan for the future and an inevitable(?) second wave.
